A "Cleansing Stream" for Those Suffering from Rejection

The End of Rejection: Your Past Is Not Your Future by Chris Hayward delivers what it promises: a way to move past the rejection that has held you captive, destroyed your relationships, and demolished your dreams. Pastor Chris Hayward of Cleansing Stream Ministries knows whereof he speaks, and he clearly but gently marks out the path to deliverance and freedom. Highly recommended!

Rejection from an unique viewpoint

The End of Rejection by Chris Hayward was a book I knew I needed to read, but put off reading for many reasons. Now I am sorry that I did. It is a book full of practical advice to deal with rejection and its root causes. The author claims that rejection started in the Garden of Eden and has been going on ever since. I think he is onto something here. He discusses the different kinds of rejection--Rejection of God, Self-rejection, Fear of rejection, Rejection of Others and how they might manifest themselves. By understanding the origin of rejection, its influence on our lives and our own role in coping with it, we will be on the road to wholeness and freedom. This book will show you how fear of rejection subtly manifests itself in our lives as perfectionism and withdrawal. So many things in our lives have to do with rejection--things that are personal or in your church life or community. Learning how to deal with rejection can make us a more whole person. It was actually very fascinating to see myself in the different stories he shared. Some chapters include prayers of freedom or repentance while each chapter has a "Make It Personal" section so you can bring healing to those areas of your life. I would recommend this book to anyone who has dealt with depression, anger, abuse, shame, guilt and blame just to name a few. "And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." (John 8:32, KJV) God is in the healing business. He was 2000 years ago and he still is today. Chris Hayward will help those who have been waylaid by sin and rejection be restored to their God-intended destiny. I have seen his ministry work in others lives. It can work in yours too. Armchair Interviews says: A very personal message important to all.
