A complete work.

This is a book which appears to describe all there is to describe as far as Land Invertebrate behaviour is concerned. It is well written, easy to follow and supported by photographs of a very high quality throughout. Whilst my own forte is underwater photography closely followed by high-speed natural history photography, I must confess there are times when I get down (and usually get very dirty!) and attempt to photograph insects and invertebrates. This book has always proved to be an excellent inspiration for me on those occasions. For those who study such creatures, this is a book which is beautifully produced and contains much, if not all, the information they might require. Well worth 5 stars. NM
