Missing Pages

Great book however chunks of pages were cut out of book more than 20 pages gone.

Good for beginners

It is an excellent book for learning techiques with some practise on some recipes. I liked it because it explains step by step with pictures. You don`t need anyone or your mum to teach you how to cook. I tried some recipes and worked out. Me, my family and an our guest liked the result. Highly recommended.
