A Great read for Doberman enthusiasts

The Doberman book is a great read, particularly for anyone interested in the early history of the breed. Although published back in 1985 the care and training sections do not appear to have dated at all although some of the photographs are showing their age a little.Part One of the book is about the history of the Doberman, from it's early origins and how it developed it's 'Devildog mystique' and concluding with the AKC and British standards for the breed. Although the rest of the book is filled with all the useful facts and pertinent information that folk new to the breed will need to know, this first section makes it a title for the experience enthusiast as well as the newbee.
