A Must read!

My weight-loss doctor had an eight week lecture on this book. I've purchased a few of these books from Thrift, for friends, because I care. I buy many of my books from them. I usually get brand new, or close to it, even though they are considered used. Their prices are phenomenal. They are a little slow getting here. Oh, I've lost 35 pounds in 4 months. If I didn't read this, I wouldn't have lost it and kept it off. Yoni Freedhoff is my hero! :)
