The Diaries was an excellant and exciting book on the diaries of Jenna,Nicole,Melanie, and Leah on how their life is and how they think of themselves. I thought it was excellant and I recommend this to other teenage girls my age. I also think they should have the Clearwater Crossing series on television because its worth to read and watch them if they have it on television. :)
"The Diaries" Review

The Diaries is about four teens growing up in Clearwater Crossing. I personally really enjoyed the book. One of the resasons why I enjoyed it was because it was funny. For example- all of Jenna's run-ins with her sister were very funny. One example her sister putting posters of the groups that she loves, but Jenna hated, but she kept all of the posters on her side of the room (they share one) so Jenna could not do a thing about it. Another thing that kept you interested was all of the relationships, crushes, and break-ups that everyone had throughout the book. I also like the book because there was a lot of drama. For example, Kurt dieing from cancer and Melanie breaking her skull. I also enjoyed how the book showed lots of teamwork. All of the main chartacters got together to form a group called "Eight Prime" which helped a children's group called the Junior Explorers and helps to raise money for the fight against cancer. This book demonstrateslots of things that happen in teen's lives. It also shows how strong friendships can be, and that no one is perfect. I would recommend this book to any girls 12-19 because these are the people that really understand it most. I hope others will want to read this book and will enjoy it as well.-By Michal

This was a great addition to the series for Cleawater Crossingfans. It gave you a totally different viewpoint of books 1-4. It alsogave you a chance to really get to know Melanie, Nicole, Leah and Jenna. Its definitly worth the read. however, if you haven't read books 1-4 some of the diary parts may not make sense so I recommend you read those 1st.

I loved reading the girl's diaries! The book is based on the first four books in the series. Jenna's diary is the first, Nicole's the second, Melanie's the third and Leah's the fourth. It was so interesting reading what she (depending on who's diary you were reading at the time) thought about what was going on, instead of all the characters. The book is a must for all Clearwater Crossing fans!
Really Good

I thought that this book was really great. Clearwater Crossing is a great series that has a lot of things in it that I can relate to. I enjoyed seeing what the characters were really feeling during some of the previos books in the series. I believe that anyone would enjoy this book, but they should read the whole series before they do.
