Dancing beneath the diamond sky

In this, his first book, Charles Lebaron debuts his soul penetrating style of analyzing our human existance. This is a love story set in a Manhattan summer that, under the auspices of any other pen, would seem mundane. Lebaron, however, looks beneath the surface and manages to imbue the readers heart with an account of irresponsible, premature love and the recklessness with which the young handle the hearts of their lovers. Read the book, if you can find it and then search out "Gentle Vengence" and "Fragments of Light". Any sentence by LeBaron gets my highest recommendation.
