Two stories from the illustrious "Dr. Kinney" series by a pioneer of science fiction are presented. Early twentieth-century pulp publications included writing by Homer E. Flint, who began by penning scripts for silent films. When cars and movies were in their infancy, Flint foresaw genetic testing and had time travel fantasies.
