I really like how usable this book is. It's a perfect reference for someone who doesn't particularly like to read! Great recipes and helpful tips. This is really going to be a staple in my home.

I purchased this book this past weekend and started the diet right away. I am only on day three, but I have lost 4 pounds thus far. The diet is bascially no dairy, no wheat, no caffeine, no alcohol, no artificial/processed sugars. But you can eat lots of fruits, veggies, beans, brown rice. The recipes are surprisingly good! I made the pea guacamole and it's delicious! My husband and father hate peas, but love this recipe! I am also surprised that I have not had any cravings for wine, chocolate, or coffee. I don't know if I will do the diet for two weeks, but for one at least and then next week I may make some modifications to incorportate coffee at least! I found this book at Ross for $7.99.
