Helpful information for any relationship!

Sally uses great humor as she shares the secrets she learned that healed her relationship with her mother-in-law. What makes this book so precious is that Sally took the approach of humility, and put her mother-in-law's feelings above her own. This is not always such a popular view (or an easy road for any of us to travel) in the eyes of the world, but if you truly seek to honor others first you will have more harmonious relationships in your life too. Laugh out loud funny - and great advice

This book was hysterical. Sally Shields has taken an uncomfortable subject and thoroughly covered it from all angles with her unique brand of wisdom and humor. If you've ever hoped for a better way of dealing with the b.s. your mother-in-law throws at you, then this book will give you practical advice that can improve your relationship with her. And did I mention it's funny? Daughters - and mothers - will find the information in this book useful - and Sally's wisdom is easy and fun to read. Kudos!

Buy this before your MIL becomes MILDEW

If (unlike me) your relationship with your mother-in-law hasn't reached the point of no return, I highly recommend this book. Sally gives great, albeit humorous, tips on how to manage your mother-in-law in the hopes of preventing a MILDEW (Mothers-In-Law Do Everything Wrong) outbreak. If I'd read Sally's book 10 years ago, I'm sure it would have helped. [...]

WHAT A GREAT BOOK TO READ

Wow!!! This was funny.. yeah I admit, your not always going to agree and get along with your MIL, but if you want to get along with your husband and live happily ever after then these rules will surely help us DIL's survive! Great book! EASY to read. Every BRIDE should read! Thumbs up Sally!

Required reading to reduce the divorce rate!

Family matters. In fact, it matters so much that strife in the Mother In Law department accounts for a serious number of divorces each year. With this book in hand, you sure to turn your MIL into your BFF! (That's Best Friend Forever, in case you don't speak teen text shorthand)! :) A fun romp with great notes, you won't go wrong with this treasure trove of advice.
