Shortly after my sister was killed by a drunk driver, I began writing poetry at the age of fifteen. It was then, and is now, the only outlet I have to express the rage and anger that is still within me. This book of poetry reflects those dark feelings, and also reflects the beauty of finding love and its healing properties. Rage, anger, vengeance, love, self-loathing and hope fill these pages.
