I found this book about six years ago in a second-hand bookshop and I thought it was extremely funny. It consists of 100 multiple-choice questions on Quayle, and therein lies the brilliance and the hilarity. Any of the answers to the questions are ridiculous, but you just can't stop laughing because you know that one of them is true. It was a brilliant idea for extending the mileage for satire, and the authors are so good at creating Quaylesque remarks and situations that the right answer is always well hidden. My favourite quip is on Quayle's joining the National Guard during the Vietnam war to avoid the draft. The authors refer to "his successful defense of Indiana against the VietCong menace".
