A great casual read!

I liked this book because it was not a pushy book. It is from the view of a cat adopted by the Dalai Lama. It teaches about the very basics of being happy while telling a thrilling tale about the adventures of HHC (His Holiness's Cat). I would, dear reader, recommend this if you are not offended to reading about the goings on of a cat living with the Dalai Lama and casual Buddhist references. I found this book to be enlightening and encouraging while being cute and fluffy all over. Warning: The book starts out dark. If you have any aversion to bad situations and the mistreatment of animals then do not read the first chapter! After the first chapter is gets much better. After all, some of the best lives started out from the worst of circumstances.
