Interesting Recipes

With this book I can now satisfy my nostalgia for the great British food which I remember from my younger years. It is old but the contents are timeless.

This book was a gift from my aunt in England. After getting married my husband dusted off its cover, converted the measurments and fixed the CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI PIE on page 154.It was a hit! Delicious is the only word to describe the dish. It is now a family favorite. With over 400 recipes to choose from, we have really grown attatched to this British Cookbook.
