The Customer's Complaint is a poetry-based customer-service training manual that is specifically designed to tackle endemically poor customer service on the twin-isle republic of Trinidad and Tobago. The centerpiece of the book is a poem by the same title which is written in both Standard and Creole English. The book also includes interesting proverbs and quotes, and a workbook section. Additional poems are provided in the final section. Edition two features some new quotes and statistics and a letter addressed to business owners. A few other minor editorial adjustments were also made. If you are frustrated with customer service in the Caribbean (and especially in T&T) or if you are interested in doing some in-house training for your team, I recommend investing in this publication project.
