Louisiana Adventure

This is the 7th book of the series "Forbidden Doors". The title is "The Curse". (Background info: Becka and Scott Williams, along with their mother, move to California after having spent many years in the jungles of South America. Their dad flew missionaries into South America and his plane went down. Becka and Scott are going to school in California and making friends. This loving and awesome Christian family has a cozy and warm home atmosphere.) In this particular book, Z sends Becka and Scott on a mission to Louisiana to minister to a young girl named Sara. Because Sara has been picked on all her life, she turns to voodoo to hurt those who have hurt her. This book was fun because of the Louisiana adventure: the swamp, the beautiful flowers, the animals, etc. Becka and Scott meet Big Sweet, who is the leader of the voodoo people in that particular region. Will Becka and Scott get through to Sara and convince her to turn to Jesus rather than voodoo? Will Sara give up the voodoo? Will Sara forgive those who have hurt her and forgive herself for hurting them back? The book (and the entire series) is absolutely awesome and downright encouraging.

Awesome!...

This is the coolest book!... I love it. It really honors God and it teached you about things that happen every day. Things that you might not think could ever happen to you, but they could. This is a great book if you are a teen or a pre-teen. I'm 13, and I think that this series rules!...

Bill Myers is one of the best authors in the world

I am 10 years old and Bill Myers is really good. I recemend Forbidden Doors to any advanced reader or any teenager who likes books.

Forbidden doors for young adults

These are very well written and I strongly recommend them. I am 11 years old, but an advanced reader, and I like them. They are astonshing and you really get deep into them. If you are an adult, teen, or an advanced preteen, I suggest you read this book. Suspense, horror, mysterys, thrills!
