The book came in worse condition than Good

The book was described as being in good condition, as an ex library edition. However, I would call it fair or poor condition. The front cover has several deep bends in it. The edges of the pages are somewhat dirty. Many of the pages also have deep bends in them, as well as being dirty. The back cover is starting to come apart from its layers. I am not happy with the condition of this book.
