Best Cookies Ever

I've been baking cookies for a long time, and every recipie I've tried from this book came out excellent. After frustrated with the results from Joy of Cooking, I decided to buy this book.If you bake cookies often, definately buy this book.

I love this book, but would be absolutely enamored if there were pictures-my only complaint. I have tried several of the recipes and have had great results.

A VERY INFORMATIVE RECIPE BOOK WHICH BRINGS PROFESSIONAL TECHNIC TO YOUR HOME KITCHEN. I FOUND THIS BOOK IN LIBRARY WHILE I WAS LOOKING FOR RECIPE TO MAKE "MADELEINE" - I TRIED IT AND THE RESULT WAS SUPRISINGLY GOOD THAT MADE ME WANT MY OWN COPY OF THE BOOK. INSTRUTIONS ARE CLEAR AND EASY TO FOLLOW. A FANTASIC COOKIE RECIPE BOOK.
