that of the final goal. We could find a lot of answers from

world uf man resulting in knowledge by experience and

philosophical pursuits become a way of fifa


The large part of Indian Philosophy cannot, therefore, be

separated from religions, because both do have their final goal

as one and the same, Le. to make man reach his highest value

of life which is Sberation from the cycle of birth and death. It is

at vital importance to help man realize the fact that any


philosophical search is meaningful only if it helps man better his

ife and finally achieve the highest value in life. Moreover, a

close association between religion and philosophy demands that a

good life be lived through moral perfection.

broadly classified Into two kinds

1.Mundane goal: a life full of sensual pleasures. for

instance; good health, income, social status and happy family,
