complete idiots guide to starting and running a bar

While the title to this book is odd, it is sure not for idiot's! In fact, the information it gives helps keep you from making idiotic mistakes when starting a bar business. Very informative. shows you all the ropes and the pitfalls you may encounter, from serving drinks, food, location, employees, licenses and more.

Pretty good, but basic

Some good advice here, but not totally inclusive. As liquor laws vary by state, it is tough to outline each state's process in detail. Quite basic, but gets you on the right track.
