Helpful and well-written

This is a very helpful book. Even though it is written by a lawyer, it's very clear and easy to understand. I was able to set up my own corporation very easily. I like having the model documents also on the web, so I don't have to mess with a disk. I recommend it. It's good for small businesses.

This book definitley deserves five stars. Why I give it such a high rating? Well, it is very concise and comprehensive at the same time. As it should be! It's quite easy to read and practical in its manner. Contains useful tips on approaching corporations in any US state. The author's thorough, systematic approach helps you develop an inventory of key skills and credentials. Must have guide book for any professional!!! Hope you can make as much use of it as I did!

Very Helpful

This book is very helpful. It outlines the entire process, and even though it's written by a lawyer, it's VERY easy to understand. Also, I like having the model documents up on the web, so I don't have to mess with a disk. It's a good book for a small corporation.
