Great reference book

This is a resource book if your interested in a reference book. It gives an outline of church history giving the events which took place throught the history of the Bible and in history in general. However, if your looking for a book to read this is not it. That's not what it is designed for.

A useful reference book

This is a very useful reference book for researching important events in the history of the church. Each entry is written in a clear and simple style, which greatly facilites the reader's understanding of each event. I do not suggest reading it as a novel, but viewing this book as a research tool.
