Excellent and practical

I saw my personal trainer use this book as a reference and decided to buy it. It is a very complete, smart and thorough guide. Exercises are explained, and there is so much variety that there is no chnace of getting bored or stuck in a routine. It is part of my to 5 books on fitness.

Working The Core

The Complete Book of Core Training : The Definitive Resource for Shaping and Strengthening the "Core" -- the Muscles of the Abdomen, Butt, Hips, and Lower Back by Kurt Brungardt is a very good book for anyone who wants to learn how to work the core region. Picked up a few new ones along the way and have been training for some time now. May be too hard for beginers some of the exercises at the back of the book but there are plenity in the first half of the book to do.
