Lost 30 pounds!!

This book helped me lose 30 pounds after both of my children. It gives you everything you need to keep track of your food intake. I logged my food every day using this book and lost the weight. Easy to navigate and includes nearly everything you eat!!

Fat Book

This book is very organized and offers a lot of useful information. This book will definitely be used if purchased. It's easy to read and understand. I highly recommend the Fat Book. My sister and my Mom have this book, too. This book not only gives you fat and calories, but it also includes the percentage of fat to calories which is very important to your diet.

This fat and calorie guide is written in an extremely user-friendly format and has listings of food that I didn't even know exsisted! Karen Bellerson even maps out a "fat budget" formula to let the reader know how many daily fat grams they should have in their diets. I love being able to keep track of the fat and calories in my food in such a fun and easy way!
