Damaged

Bought this as a Christmas present and it was damaged and made horrible clicking noises. I tried to go through refunds, but it’s ineligible. Sometimes you don’t watch them immediately, but if it says good or acceptable, it should be watchable.

Paid for the case

There was no disc. Just an empty case. Very unhappy.
