Excelent tome

This book provides insight into Sirach commentary for conventional bibles. Easily readable and understandable...suited my needs. Recommended.

Very Helpful

There are very few resources on the wisdom writings of Jesus ben Sirach and I depended on this book as I taught Sirach to my class. To understand Hellenistic influence on Jewish wisdom writings this book does a fine job.
