Great for younger kids!!

My husband and I had been looked for some devotions geared towards younger kids (my oldest is five) but had not been having much success. Most of the books we found, even though they claimed to be for children, were aimed towards older kids and used concepts and stories that were either above my children's grasp or just not appropriate for their age level. This book however was exactly what we were looking for. The stories are simple and cover biblical truths without dragging in elements that would confuse or scare little kids. Each individual devotional, 40 in all, has a couple of different segments to it. There is the main story, a memory verse, some discussion questions and then several suggested activities that help drive the main point home in a kid friendly way. You can go through and pick what you want to do and tailor it for your kids. I wish there were more books like this out there geared for the really young (maybe there are and I just haven't found them yet). If you have younger kids this is the book you are looking for!!
