so much info in such a small package

The best book I've come across to simply explain all the chemical additives. In such a handy size.....small enough to carry in handbag all the time, comes in handy when doing the food shopping. I'm studying Naturopathy & it has been a valuable quick & easy reference for switching to a healthier lifestyle...helps decipher the ingredients for everything from foods to personal hygiene products to household cleaners. two very big thumbs up!!!!
