Very Enlightening

The CEO Challenge is an easy read with great references to past, successful Management leaders, their philosophies and strategies. Interesting how leadership strategies from the development of early industrial cultures still apply in today's fast paced global, tech world. We have to (challenge ourselves to) challenge and develop our people if we are to sustain and stay competitive. Worth the read!
