The Cranivore Code

Mainly about human evolution (which I don't believe in), plant information (that I found totally uninteresting) and workings of our body (I didn't buy this book to learn about my body). I did enjoy the questions in the last part of the book, but was not impressed with the overall book, sure wish I could get my money back. Diane Hodyniak
