The Captain's Lady

The Captain's Lady I loved this book. It was well writen and very interesting. I would recomend it to all!!

Took me two days to finish!!!

This was a really good book. The characters are very well described, and it makes me wonder if Mcphee wrote stories on Nathaniel's brothers... I would like to read their stories... Good enough to keep for me... Nathaniel is a true hero, very wise, and the descriptions of him make him seem like a very handsome and good-mannered gentleman... Georgiana is a headstrong, and courageous young heroine. These two characters are so perfect for each other... I loved this book... When dashing Lord Nathaniel Hawke rescues a girl from drowning the last thing he expects is for that same girl to turn up on board his ship disguised as a boy! Respected naval captain of the Pallas, Nathaniel must conceal her identity from his men. For ship's boy, George alias Miss Georgiana Raithwaite running away seemed her only escape from a cruel impending marriage. Never did she imagine that her disguise would see her scrubbing decks on the high seasâ¦in extremely close proximity to Lord Nathaniel Hawke! Forbidden desires taunt and tantalise them on their stormy voyage to Gibraltar. But with reputations at stake they must keep their secret, as exposure could ruin them both
