Wish I would have had the oportunity to implement!

What a great book that teaches an organization step by step how to work as a team. Unfortunatly for me, I fell out of the Canoe and wasn't able to get an oportunity to hone the skills taught in this book. I'm sure the people that applied these priciples are reaping the benefits in bunches by now.
