Iam already on my third copy of this book. I do can but I freeze alot and this book is a great help.The receipes are good,and easy and if you are a busy person too you will love this book.If I ever lose this book I will be very unhappy because to me this is the best book I have ever used for preserving foods.I work full time and would be lost without this book and her easy time saving tips in the book.If you want to eat healthy veggies you need this book!!!!!!!!!!!!!
