A Book for Good Bosses

This book assumes business leaders notice their employees and pick up on the signs of contentiousness among employees. Hopefully, the boss will read this book before too much negativity permeates the work environment. Morris offers several types of disgruntled employees and suggests the boss needs to have a conversation or series of conversations about what's behind the dissatisfaction. It might be interesting to see a book for disgruntled employees who could also create strategies for sharing what is really going on.
