Badly missing info on listing

I usually enjoy using this website but am very disappointed in this purchase as it seems everyone else who has bought this book has been. This is the second book I bought in this order in Very Good condition and nowhere did it say missing [or may be even] dust jacket (like is usually listed), and book was sent beat up with writing on it and no dust jacket. Very disappointed and hope to get my money back. 0/3 on correctness for my order.
