The Bride Of Spring by Catherine Archer released on Apr 24, 2000 is available now for purchase. This description may be from another edition of this product.
This is one of the greatest romances I have ever read. The Lady Raine tricks a Knight into marrying her for the sake of protecting her brother. Lord Benedict is an adorable man who, although handsome, has little experience with women. He commits one impulsive act because of his strong attraction to Lady Raine (following her from the hall) and finds himself tangled in her web. He has opportunities to drop the headstrong women and let her feel the consequences of her actions, but instead out of a need to protect her agrees to make her his wife. This book is hilarious as well as fascinating as the two try to prevent themselves from falling for the other. Read It! You won't regret it!

This is my first time reading Catherine Archer and I believe she did a pretty good job. The heroine, Lady Raine needed "a man of honor to protect her younger brother's inheritance." So she resolves into tricking Lord Benedict into marring her. So ok the marriage is not based on love at first, but things change once you get to know the person right? And I believe Ms. Archer showed the change from 'just a support' to 'true love' very nicely. I loved this book and I would recommend that you read it.
