Great for my son.

My son is currently consumed by video games and I value personal and spiritual growth so we tend to disagree about what he does with his free time. I bought him this book in hopes of his gaining some insights and personal thoughts other than conquering the current video game. It worked!!!!! The book is written almost as a comic at times which caught his interest and most of the quotes in this book are quotes of people he knows and can seem to relate to on his level. He really enjoys it.

Boy's Book of Positive Quotations more than useful

Deger's Boy's Book of Positive Quotations is more than practical, it's fun to read. The quotes and advice are affirming and appropriate for young boys. The pages of Queenie Chan's excellent manga sprinkled throughout make it all the more accessible and enjoyable to read. Very worthwhile!

What a great book with cool illustrations!!!

The "Book of Positive Quotations for Boys" was one of the most fantastic books I have ever read! It gave me amazing advice on how to challenge one's self, find opportunities, and how to respect others. I loved the comics, the writing, and all the proverbs from sports stars, musicians, actors, inventors, and more. I would advise anyone to read this book. The comic part of the book is about a boy named Atticus Smythe with a pretty regular life. All that changed when a ninja starts texting him! Her messages come in the form of strange proverbs that give him advice from being thankful to overcoming fears. I would recommend your book to boys of all ages and to reread it regularly to accent the positives in life!! --Ian, age 11 years old.
