Hyman Hits a Homerun

Dr. Hyman has created the most comprehensive book on detoxing off food addiction out there. Finally, someone sees food addiction as real. In his book, Dr. Hyman effortlessy and clearly explains each step of the way. Recipes are easy to follow, as well as the entire plan itself. While the book does not fall in one camp or the other (referring to camps Drs. Esseltyn, Campbell, and Benard) it offers a new approach on putting vegan and Paleo together--what Dr. Hyman refers to as Pegan. I would recommend reading all the background information from the "Vegan Gurus" mentioned above before embarking on this detox diet. If done, it makes Dr. Hyman's book that much more solid. This book comes highly recommended for anyone wanting to start a food revolution. Any change begins with oneself and here, with this book is the right place to start.
