Molly Dean's birthday is coming soon, and as a young farm girl living with her brother, sisters, and mother, she can hardly wait for her special day to come. However, her mother being the headstrong, practical one discourages her from expecting a party and tells her not to chase after rainbows and butterflies. Still, nothing can quell the young girl's daydreams the closer her birthday comes. One thing that Molly Dean didn't expect was her daydreaming and eager attempts to impress her peers at school land her into trouble.
