A Wonderful Collection of Recipes

I am so pleased with every recipe that I have tried! Each recipe shouts gourmet (or at least contemporary) but most are quite easy to prepare. And oh so delicous - my favorites so far are the Jamaican Pork Tenderloin and the T-bone Fiorentina - but there is something here for just about everyone. Be sure to read the "Chef Talk" and "Kitchen Savvy" sections for helpful information. There are soooo many cookbooks on the market, it's hard to decide which ones to buy. You'll be glad you added this cookbook to your collection.
