The Belt Buckle is a true story that resulted in the acceptance of Christ and salvation of the author. Upon his return from Vietnam, the author's parents invited him to attend church service whose guest speaker, Rev. Otis Keener, missionary to Hong Kong and friend of his parents, used a belt buckle which he brought along as a sample of how God can use an animated object to accomplish his work and purpose and eventually brought a lost sheep into his fold. The author felt inspired to write about it, and God has helped him along to complete his writing before his mind began to slow down. The author died at the age of seventy-six, three weeks after he was diagnosed with dementia.
