Excellent Book

I bought this book after its release in 1984.Its because of this book i became very knowledgeable on The Beatles. It goes back to where and when they were born and talks about their families.It goes right through that and how they started out as musicians. Then to how they hit stardom in the turbulent 60's. I remember watching a George Harrison interview,and he said (and i dont think he was covering up anything) that it was the media the realy broke up The Beatles and no singular person was resposible. The awful tour of America and a shocker in The Phillipines,they started to wonder if it was at all worth it. This has great photos and the story itself is very comprehensive.
