Fantastic!

If you're interested in really knowing the science behind baking, and being able to create your own creations, this is the book for you! The author breaks down the chemical components of baking. After all, baking, while a real expression of love and affection, really comes down to science. Enjoy!

Not what I expected

I thought that this book would be a lot of classic recipes being called the baking bible but it was a conglomeration of the most random recipes that I will probably never bake. Very disappointed
