Jenny regrets taking the Hagen baby-sitting job when she sees their gloomy house, begins receiving crank phone calls, discovers prowlers in the backyard, and finds a threatening note This description may be from another edition of this product.
R.L. Stine's The Baby-Sitter was a very interesting book. It keeps you on the edge of your seat from beginning to end. This book is not what it seems with its very twisted ending. Just when you think you know how it is going to end, you find you are wrong. This suspenseful book is impossible to put down. Mixtures of emotions from laughter to fear come upon you while reading this book. I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a suspenseful thriller.
Someone Wants Her Dead!

This is a very cool book. It has mystery, horror, and suspense in it. That's the reason this is one of the best books I've read. It all started one night when Jenny Jeffers started baby-sitting Donny Hagen, a six year old boy who liked to play tricks on her. One night Jenny received a phone call saying, "babes, all alone in that big house? Don't worry company's coming." The next day she received the same phone call. One night she caught Donny with the phone in his room just after she had received the phone call. She asked him why he was playing those tricks on her, but he kept saying he did not. Jenny needed to find out who was really making the phone calls. She needed to find out before it was too late.
A Great Book in the Genre of Young Adult Thrillers

I am a big fan of R.L. Stine and his novels. 'The Babysitter' was one of his best thrillers ever! It is about a young babysitter who discovers she is the next victim of a notorious babysitter attacker. The ending will shock you and leave you afraid to stay alone. A great, quick read.
