My method of analysis was created to assist artists to understand the ingredients and how they function individually and together with other ingredients which can assist artists to create stronger, more memorable art. This is not a critique process or a formal analysis. It is practical art analysis with 40 ingredients to chose from to enhance art. The ingredients artists use will decide if the image is strong and more memorable or not. My method of analysis is a practical one it uses more ingredients than traditional formal analysis because I use the concept of ranges and quantities of ingredients. This in-depth information is not covered in the traditional formal art analysis method. In the critique process the title, the artist intentions and motivations for the art is considered along with researching the history the locations and all other information they can collect on the artwork. Those things are not important and are not considered in Practical Art Analysis. What is considered is exactly what is seen visually in the image. It does not matter if the image is an abstract, a photo, or child's drawing, the ingredients and the range of them have the same effect when applied to art. Every piece of art is a unique recipe and there can be many solutions for improvement it is the artists choice ultimately if they like the art exactly as is or if they would like to use the ingredients effectively to improve the image.
