Fantastic book!

I heard about this book through a friend. I'm glad I read it because it was interesting and action filled. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The author is a fantastic writer and I can't wait to read his next book. This book should be on the best sellers list!

Confidently recommended to the attention of science fiction and fantasy enthusiasts

"The Archangels Of Dreamland" by Steven L. Fawcette is a high-tech science fiction thriller about a family who discovers a conspiracy concerning technology from the future that can destroy the world. It wasn't extraterrestrials that gave early humans an advantage, its was time-traveling future men and women who got things going for the human race at the dawn of time. A covert government agency is has acquired that time-travel technology giving them an ability to alter history and they have done so in the past. Now they intend to unleash supernatural forces capable of global sale disasters -- and they will unless they can be stopped. "The Archangels Of Dreamland" documents Steven Fawcette as a gifted storyteller and is confidently recommended to the attention of science fiction and fantasy enthusiasts.

All books should be this good

I seldom comment online about any new book, especially one from an author I've never read before. But, this book was just way too good not to mention. Great characters with real depth, non-stop action, nice touches of humor to lighten the mood and a spiritual message for all. So intense, at times I thought it was really happening. What more could you want? My congratulations to the author. I really enjoyed this!

booklover

The Archangels of Dreamland is a revelation. It is written in a highly visual style for an MTV generation that doesn't like to waste their time reading an overly verbose story. It gets right to the heart of the plot and doesn't treat the reader as an idiot like 99% of all published books on the market. In the hands of a lesser writer, this story would have consumed 8000 pages, but here it is told in less than 400. The characters are very real and well imagined and they have an agenda that goes beyond this story. The book has won an award as the best Action Adventure novel of 2006 by the National Booksellers Association and was given very favorable reviews by Library Journal.com (April 15, 2006), as well as The New York Times Book Review, Kirkus Reviews, Publisher's Weekly and the Midwest Book Review. It has taken on virtual cult status on college campuses around the U.S. and is listed as people's all-time favorite books on many sites on the internet and myspace.com. It is being produced as a motion picture and I understand that a sequel to the novel is about to be published. I, for one, can hardly wait. The people who should read this book and would like it are well educated with a good sense of humor; open minded and constantly questioning the authority of Government and religious leaders; individuals who do not like being told by lesser-minded people what to read or like; liberal in their spiritual and political beliefs and able to discern the parallels and symbols that the writer is using for the real world problems of today. The people who should not read this book are religious fundamentalists and fanatics who are wedded to conservative values and mores; apologists for this Government and for the continuous lies that they spread; politically restrictive individuals to the point of censureship; and readers who enjoy reading books that are dull, wasteful of their time and voluminous with no plot whatsoever. You will either love this book or hate it; there is no middle ground. You will either have the intelligence to understand what the writer is saying or you won't. For my part, and for the other 42 members of my book club, we voted this the most exciting book that we read during the past year (over 120 titles). I could request each one of them come on here and tell you why they love it too, but just read it and find out for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

heven and hell on earth
