Wonderful Book!!!!!

I never can remember which is the best apple for the way I want to use it!! Especially pies---I always get Granny Smith because I know that one works---but I want to try a few others for pies as well as for fried apples and a few other things. This book is just full of information and extremely helpful. I'm certainly glad I got it AND that I got it at such a good price! Thank you!
