Join Heloise as she becomes obsessed with her own beauty, her step-daughter Marian as she flees from a man who seeks her heart, a band of miners who are 'rough as hard crystal, but diamonds at the core' and their leader Walter who is not really whom he appears to be.

And join the Chorus - a group of women, who are a personification of a young maid's thoughts as they set the scene for each act, and prepare the reader for ""Snow White and the Seven Dwarves"" told in an entirely different way.
