Like father, like daughter...because now Spider-girl's is Amazing.

After 100 single issues, Marvel decides to finally cancel Spider-girl, because she reached the height that no other Marvel female with a solo title has reach. However a few months later she return under a new name, The Amazing Spider-girl. Along side her creators, Former Amazing Spider-man team Tom Defalco and Ron Frenz, we see new adventures for the daughter of Spider-man. Like all Spider-man tales, we first see our heroine once again quiting her superhero business in order to gain a much better effort in her life. However, when threats like the Hobgoblin comes in an tries to attack Spider-girl's friends, it the only reason she needs to return to costume once more. For anyone who loves a good old fashion old school Storyline with a bit of a modern-day twist or two, then this is the book for you.

Wishing for a super hero for little girls

Spiderman, Batman all brought down to scale for little boys. Yet, nothing for little girls but, princesses. Well, when your little girl is not into princesses not cool. This is a great comic - but for older 9+. I have chosen to read and relay the story in a different context for my 4 year old. Retailers get a clue and market Alicia from Diego and Super Girl heroes for Pre-k! You are missing out on a market.

girl power

I grew up with comics and I wanted to get my daughter's involved with my passion. My girls now love spider girl comics.
