This is not what I would call a canning book!

Don't be fooled by the title of this book. The work "Canning" should not be placed on the cover of this book! I fully expected to get recipes for canning FOOD, you know something new, recipes for one jar meals. This book should of been called "100s of ways to Making Jams & Jelly". I don't waste my time or jars on SUGAR INFESTED products that will not feed a family. This book was a BIG WASTE OF MY MONEY! Ball has failed in creating a so called new canning book!
